Just realized I missed it by a day but happy 29th birthday to our favourite game series! 🎉🎂🎈
I'd rather, If they didn't make a game about it, showing BJ go to Deathhead's compound and go through the X-Labs bs like he mentions in TOB. Maybe finish the series off with him going to Isenstadt and meeting Caroline Becker and Hans Grossë.
All I know is it's definitely down on PS3 and I never personally got a chance to play it. It might still be running on PC, since the RtCW one still is but it's not easy to find a copy of Wolf2009 anymore.
The New Order was my 1st time really playing Wolfenstein but my 1st actual time was playing a little bit of RtCW on my Original Xbox. I didn't understand it then being only like 6 but ever since TNO, it's been one of my favourite series of all time. I've beaten every game on hard since then with TOB being my absolute favourite. My ranking would be:
1. The Old Blood
2. The New Order
3. Wolfenstein
4. Return to Castle Wolfenstein
5. The New Colossus
6. Wolf3D (DOS not OG/1st/2nd Encounter versions)
7. Youngblood
8. Spear of Destiny
I personally disagree with this. That video doesn't really have any proof of anything and all the "character traits" you and the video mention B.J. having are basically just massive stereotypes of what a "patriotic American" are. In my opinion, MachineGames easily made B.J. so much better by turning him into a real person instead of the super macho archetype. He's scared and broken from the war he's had to fight for decades now, just like how real people who fought in WW2 are. Him joining the army to escape his terrible homelife is far more relatable that just joining "because he loves America so much".
@TheVoidSlayer123987465 Yes, that is the general timeline but it's not completely 1-1. Like for example, in TOB B.J. mentions Deathhead's X-Labs but that doesn't mean RtCW is canon since TOB is basically a spiritual remake of that game. Wolfenstein 2009's events are mentioned in B.J.'s Quake bio but they're very different with B.J. looking for plans for a VTOL instead of investigating the Thule medallion.
Nice. On to the Nocturnal Missions. Destroy General "Fatface". Haha
Awesome, we need more people editing and making additions.
As far as I can tell the Nazis just betrayed them, like they did with every other Axis power. There's not a whole lot of other info that I can find. It's never been something I've thought about but now I'm kinda interested since you mentioned it. Hopefully they flesh it out a little bit
The Bombenschuss. Lol But seriously I'm pretty sure the 1960 Assault Rifle and the Sturmgewehr are the same, Youngblood just has their weapon names in German, and since they're the most advanced I'd say those two. Edit: I just looked it up and they're not exactly the same so the Sturmgewehr is definitely the best probably.
I'm not sure it really matters. This is just a forum for talking about the Wolfenstein series, nothing political except for in specific posts. I do support helping those in need in times of crisis or adversity. If that makes me a "leftist" then I guess I am but I don't really care to much about politics myself. Everyone should be able to talk and enjoy their time here, dispite their political views.

It's weird. I find I've fought way more enemies in Youngdlood but it's so much less gorey then all the other MG Wolf games. Maybe because it's an online game so they don't have as much of that stuff rendered to help with loading, along with less cool melee kills since you can really only get those in stealth which never works half the time. Lol
The Elite would win if it's allowed to have it's weapons 'cause I don't think the Supersoldat's armour could withstand plasma but in a just straight up physical fight, the Supersoldat would win I think.
Condor Nine is the plane they jump to with Wyatt in it. Fergus' plane is Vulture One.
Yes, at least partially. Caroline was shot through the spine by Hans Grosse in that game, Deathhead's face with horribly scarred by the Zeppelin crash that happened in that game, the Kreisau Circle came from that game. It perfectly matches up there's honestly no way to disregard it from the Canon. The only difference is BJ's appearance but even then they make a point to reference in the game that he probably dyed his hair as the Nazis remember him being blonde.
To me, the Wyatt timeline just makes more sense. Furgus was ready for death meanwhile Wyatt was an 18 year old kid scared out of his mind. It just seems wrong to kill him. It also makes the ending have more emotional weight with what happens that I don't wanna spoil as well as a huge sense of pride to see Wyatt become such a awesome warrior using what he learned from Fergus and B.J. in the opening.
Wow, I'm surprised by this poll, I've always thought people liked RtCW better.
