Oberleutnant Anselm Decker was Irene Engel's second-in-command of the Ausmerzer. While she was away in Jimmy Carver Show, he was in charge of the Ausmerzer. He is killed by B.J. when the American Resistance network attacks and successfully captures the Ausmerzer.
