Bayer is Übercommander who is responsible for torturing and killing Dimitri Fedorov's resistance allies in New Paris. Blazkowicz sisters, finding out he was responsible for the killing by torture tape record they got it Nazi outpost, avenged dead resistance members for Dimitri by assassinating Bayer.
He wears black uniform, glowing goggles and side cap, and has moustache.
