Mesquite in The New Colossus.
Mesquite is a city in Texas and is where William "B.J." Blazkowicz was born and raised in the re-imagined Wolfenstein: The New Order universe.
Background[]
In 1908, Rip Blazkowicz moved to Mesquite to start a fraudulent business, which ultimately failed. In March of 1911, Zofia Blazkowicz gave birth to William J. Blazkowicz in Mesquite. After the United States was invaded by Nazi Germany, the residents of Mesquite turned in several of the town's minorities, with Zofia being sent to an extermination camp in New Mexico. In 1961, Nazi propaganda producer Helene Winter attempted to shoot a film in Mesquite detailing the life of "Terror-Billy," however the set was attacked by B.J. who assassinated the production's head of security Erich Eberhardt. After the Second American Revolution, B.J. returned to his childhood home in Mesquite alongside his wife Anya where they would raise their two children.

This is likely a nod to the original location where ID software was founded. Mesquite, Texas, U.S.A (February 1, 1991).
In the original games, and up to Wolfenstein (2009) B.J. had a western to mid-western accent and its implied that he was from Milwaukee.
