First Aid (also popularly known as the Medkit) is an item in Wolfenstein 3D and Spear of Destiny that restores 25 health. It is somewhat rare: usually, non-Boss levels will feature more Food than First Aid. Secrets frequently contain First Aid kits, along with Clips and treasure.

Avoid squandering First Aid by using it at 80 health or above, as they can be supremely valuable, as well as rarer than Food.
