Katamarunde Rocket Base is a big Nazi military compound located near the Baltic Coast. To the base leads the road from Schlüsselburg.
During the events of Return to Castle Wolfenstein, B.J. Blazkowicz was parachuted to forest near the compound. He was resorted to covert tactics to approach and infiltrate the base undetected. When he was inside the base, he canceled the launch of a Deathshead's V2 rocket with a biological warhead, which was aimed at London. The rocket exploded, alerting the whole base to B.J.'s presence. Forced to fight his way out, the agent was fighting with hordes of Nazi troops and used the opportunity to destroy a new experimental radar installation. B.J. made his way to an airfield, where he hijacked one of the Nazis' latest experimental "Kobra" rocket planes and delivered it into the hands of the OSA scientists.
