The OSA major is an Office of Secret Actions member seen in opening cutscene of Cursed Sands campaign in console ports of Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
At March 12, 1943, he was stationed in an American compound near Tripoli in Libya, where he told B.J. about his new top secret mission from OSA. He also introduced to him Agent One. His fate is unknown.
