A pile of old silver
Old silver pieces are collectible treasures found in the nine Nightmare levels in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.
Finding every piece of silver in a Nightmare level will unlock a hidden character profile for the stage that map is found in.

They are old silver bars minted in 1928 and stockpiled throughout dungeons and bulwarks of Castle Wolfenstein. They are part of a memory only recalled in the fractured (and blurry) nightmares of William J. Blazkowicz and are usually placed in the spots that are occupied by treasures in the classic Wolfenstein games.
There are no achievements associated with finding these items, unlike Gold.
