Quake Nukem, Doomed Heretic in Castle Wolfenstein 3D is a fictional crossover entry in the Wolfenstein series, mentioned in the webcomic Freefall (archive link of relevant strip from 1998 here). It appears to be a mashup of the Wolfenstein (Wolfenstein 3D in particular), Quake, Duke Nukem, Doom, and Heretic franchises.
Another in-joke is that the game apparently requires a starship main computer or other mainframe/supercomputer equivalent in order to run, likely a reference to the ever increasing system requirements for most modern computer games.
