The Fallout Rebreather is a device that enable a person to safety breathe in a heavily radioactive and toxic environment. Blazkowicz collects a rebreather in the Manhattan Nuclear Bunker after a radiation leak contaminates the area. Afterward, B.J. will put on the rebreather anytime he enters a district that's highly irradiated, such as Manhattan or post-nuke Roswell.
