Ritual Chamber is the fifth part of the Cursed Sands mission exclusive to console ports of Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
Objectives[]
- Find an entrance to the tombs.
- Gain access to the lower tombs.
Secret Areas[]
There are three Secret Areas on this level:
- 1- The first set of scaffolding seen on the left at the beginning of the level has a bar of gold on the left at the top of the ladder.
- 2- In the final room, turn right and enter the hallway, and look for a destructible section of wall about midway through. Destroying the wall reveals a lever, which opens a secret room with a silver cup hidden inside.
- 3- In the final room, go to where the Arab merc with the Mauser rifle was shooting from, and look for a panel to push in on the left. This opens a section of wall on the right, revealing a hidden compartment with a single bar of gold inside.
All Secrets Reward[]
Behind the Scenes[]
- This is the first level of the game where members of the Schutzstaffel (SS) make an appearance, albeit only in a cinematic. Before this level, every enemy was either a member of the German Army or a locally-hired Arab mercenary.
