Secret levels may feature excessive amounts of enemies: pictured, Episode 4/Floor 10.
Secret levels are found throughout Wolfenstein 3D, Spear of Destiny and its mission packs. They tend to be more preposterous than most levels of the game, commonly featuring radical, gimmicky level design and excessive amounts of enemies.
Each secret level must be accessed via a special elevator found only behind secret pushwalls.

In Wolfenstein 3D, there are six secret levels.
