X-Creatures are the various abominations that are the brainchild of Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse, seen in Return to Castle Wolfenstein. They are made of flesh and metal fused together. X-Creatures are created at the X-Labs in occupied Norway, encountered in the fifth mission: Deathshead's Playground.
